Scaffolding and Planks - Available at no charge and used at your own risk. During busy periods, only two ladders per boat.

Sanding and Grinding - If any is to be done below the waterline the vessel must be fully tarped, gunnels and/or hull to ground or use a vacuum sander (which are available for rent). Loose bottom paint dust can cause extensive staining on surrounding craft and is very difficult to remove.

Power Tools/Music/Noise - This work yard is in the middle of a residential area. Please be considerate of our neighbours and do not use power tools before 8:00am or after 6:00pm. Please keep hammering, music, and conversation to moderate levels.

Boat Stands - These can be moved to paint or work underneath, but please ask yard personnel for assistance.

Launching - Please let yard personnel know as soon as possible when you want to return to the water. During busy times, without adequate notice, it can be difficult to accommodate your plans.
